“My engagement ring needed a repair. I had just had a bad experience with another jewelry store on the street, that took way too long and were quite unprofessional, so I ended up picking up the ring without having the repair done and just basically went across the street to Diamotto to try my luck. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, gave us useful tips and insights and repaired the ring himself in-front of our eyes in just mere moments. He even checked and appraised the worth of the ring (because I was a bit paranoid after the previous experience at the other store).
